SC - CEILING PANEL

COMMANDS: 001 SC – SMART PANELS

SC – Smart Panels.

00:00

SC are from Smart Panels, creating a ceiling panel in a particular room. Let's say for example, we've got all our wall heights at 2450mm on this join. 2450mm and our internal 2410mm.

For example, this entry here, we're going to make it 2100m high ceiling height. We'll type in SC. Enter S for settings, and we want our ceiling panel RL at 2100mm. Okay, save and then insert our ceiling panel.

Now you pick your first point. From here, you will pick the direction that pretty much you want your ceiling panel to run. So, I want it to run this way.  I'll go here, back up to here and then back to this corner here. And from here, I will enter to close.

If I do a PLA and label this one, 1 and do a PPD. Find my ceiling 1, which is right there, and send it to CAD.  That's my ceiling panel. So now, if I do an A3D and do it again. That now has my ceiling panel in the room that I want it in and at the height that I want it at.

To check that, I can do an LI. And that shows me that the base of my RL, which is where I wanted my ceiling, is at 2100mm, and the top of the frame is at 2190mm.

Now if you want to rotate your studs, you simply do an LI on the ceiling panel. And we rotate the stud orientation to zero. That will briefly show you the direction of your studs here. Okay, so if we keep that, that will automatically change in your panels here as well. So when we do an A3D again, that's now changed the direction of my studs.

That is the command SC.
